Client Background: A local energy storage assembly factory in Germany.

The Challenge: The client had reliable channels for battery cells and steel enclosures but lacked core electronic R&D capabilities. Their outsourced wiring harnesses and standard clamps frequently failed and overheated during strict 50°C high-temperature testing.

Our Solution: Stepping in as a dedicated component and engineering partner, we developed a custom, high-temperature-resistant PCBA control board featuring microsecond over-current protection. Simultaneously, utilizing our in-house wire harness facility, we manufactured high-specification, pure copper heavy-duty connection cables.

The Results: We completely eliminated the product's thermal and high-temperature failure bottlenecks. The upgraded components allowed the client's fully assembled unit to easily pass rigorous TUV safety certifications.
