Quality is the baseline of safety, especially in high-rate power and energy storage industries. Backed by our vertical integration model, our quality control system shifts from traditional "post-production inspection" to "full-lifecycle preventative assurance." From the raw silicon wafer to the final export hazardous material packaging, every node is tracked and strictly regulated to ensure 100% field reliability.
Multi-Layered Quality Gates
Our quality control process is executed across three rigorous, uncompromised stages:

IQC (Incoming Quality Control): We strictly screen raw materials. All incoming high-rate battery cells undergo rigorous capacity, internal resistance, and voltage grading. Passive components (capacitors, resistors, relays) and active semiconductors (MOSFETs, ICs) from our supply chain are subjected to strict parametric verification.

IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): During production, our automated SMT lines utilize AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and X-ray testing to ensure flawless PCBA soldering. For our finished lines (Jump Starters, ESS), we implement mandatory component-level torque tests, high-voltage insulation tests, and structural sealing checks.

OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): 100% of finished products must pass full-functional aging tests, simulated high-rate discharge pulses (for jump starters), and grid-tied simulation profiling (for micro-inverters) before moving to packaging.
Strict Environmental & Safety Testing
To certify our products for volatile environments globally, our in-house lab conducts heavy stress evaluations:

Thermal & Environmental Stress: Thermal shock, high-temperature burn-in, and low-temperature cranking simulations to guarantee stable performance from -20°C to 60°C.

Mechanical & Electrical Abuse: Vibration tables, drop tests, free-fall drop impacts, and short-circuit/over-charge electrical abuse to eliminate thermal runaway risks.

Export-Grade UN Packaging: Since energy storage systems and heavy-duty jump starters fall under hazardous materials transit regulations, our QC team oversees the drop-testing and structural validation of all export-grade UN-certified hazard packaging, ensuring frictionless and damage-free international transit.
