Client Background: A home battery distributor in the Middle East.

The Challenge: In extreme 45°C Middle Eastern climates, their existing 3000W home ESS frequently triggered overheating protection. The cooling fans were excessively loud, leading to a high rate of customer complaints and returns.

Our Solution: We executed a comprehensive performance re-engineering on their existing design. Utilizing our in-house tooling factory, we redesigned the internal airflow channels and thermal casing. Concurrently, we micro-adjusted the PCBA's thermal distribution and swapped in lower-resistance MOSFET components.

The Results: Without altering the product's exterior dimensions, the full-load operating temperature was lowered by 8°C. The cooling fan noise was minimized, and the heat-related failure rate dropped to zero, successfully saving the client's brand reputation.
